Website deposits

1. Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits paid through our payment links are non-refundable.
2. What a deposit covers. A deposit goes toward your custom website. The agreed remainder is due on completion and delivery, per the contract we sign.
3. Add-ons. Add-ons and other services are charged separately.

Super Special Offer terms

1. The offer. The Super Special Offer is a promotional setup price of $150, paid upfront, for a basic site with email capture and basic links to your social media profiles.
2. You must tell us about it. To receive the offer, mention the Super Special Offer when you contact us, before we start any work.
3. If you don't mention it. If the offer isn't mentioned before work starts, our regular setup price of $500 applies.
4. Found it later. If you find the offer after work has started, it can't be applied to that job. Please tell us before we begin.
5. Add-ons and custom work. Anything beyond a basic site is custom. SEO and ad spend are pay as you go, a weekly lead report is optional, and GHL (High Level) integration is available for an additional fee.
6. Our decision. EEEKS SOLUTIONS decides whether the offer applies to a job and may change or end the offer at any time.
