Is there a monthly fee?
The basic plan is $25/month covering ongoing AI service, call handling, and support. Upgrade to $50/month for login access to manage your AI on your own. Cancel anytime after your event.
How do I provide my event information?
After your Stripe payment, you fill out a form with your event or hotline details — including your event website URL, dates, times, venue info, FAQs, and anything else your guests need to know. We configure your AI from that submission.
When will a technician contact me?
A technician will contact you during business hours within 12 hours of your order to assist with setup and login details.
Can I cancel after the event?
Yes. Cancel anytime after your event wraps. No penalties. No long-term contracts. Use it for one event or keep it running year-round.
Are calls unlimited?
Each plan includes 600 monthly premium minutes (recurring, with rollover). Overage starts at $0.09/min when you exceed your 600 included minutes. The overage range ($0.09–$0.30/min) reflects two minute types: Basic minutes — faster, lower-cost at $0.09/min, suited for testing or high-volume campaigns; and premium minutes at higher rates for advanced AI processing.
